Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

We want FoilandHue.com to be usable and welcoming for everyone. That includes people with disabilities and people using assistive technology. Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as closely as reasonably possible.

How we approach accessibility

We design and maintain this site with accessibility in mind by focusing on:

  • clear page structure and headings
  • readable text and strong color contrast
  • keyboard-friendly navigation
  • compatibility with screen readers where feasible
  • layouts that work on modern browsers and devices

Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us, not a one-time project.

Online booking and third-party tools

FoilandHue.com includes online booking through SalonBiz and may use other third-party tools or embeds from time to time.

Because those platforms are not under our direct control, we can’t guarantee their full accessibility, but we do our best to choose vendors who take accessibility seriously and to share feedback with them when issues are reported.

What we’re doing

To support accessibility across the site, we:

  • write meaningful alternative text for important images
  • use descriptive link text instead of “click here”
  • label form fields and provide helpful messages when errors occur
  • avoid using color alone to convey meaning
  • review key pages with automated accessibility checkers and manual testing

We continue to make improvements as we update content and add new features.

If you run into an issue

If something on FoilandHue.com is hard to use, we’d really like to know so we can fix it.

Please tell us:

  • what page or feature you were using
  • what didn’t work as expected
  • your browser/device or assistive technology (if you’d like to share)

We’ll review your feedback and do our best to address the issue promptly.

Standards we’re aiming for

We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. Some areas may still need improvement, and we appreciate your patience as we continue working toward better accessibility for everyone.
