1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our services—whether in person, via our website, or through communication platforms (including SMS)—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Appointments and Cancellation
You may book appointments through our website, in person, or by phone. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations to avoid fees.
3. Messaging Policy
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive appointment reminders and promotional messages from Foil and Hue
- Consent is not required to make a purchase.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS.

We comply with:
- TCPA: Only sending messages with prior express written consent.
- CTIA: Following industry best practices and carrier requirements.
